UAE allows company formation in the free zone, mainland, or offshore.  A local sponsor is necessary for business formation in the mainland UAE, and DED issues the license. A specific free zone authority issues the license and restricts the operating area for free zone businesses. Offshore companies in the UAE enable your organization to conduct business outside of the country while still making an attempt to protect your assets and riches. Instead of a trading license, offshore enterprises receive a certificate of the establishment. In the United Arab Emirates, any form of business can be founded, and the Economic Department permits more than a thousand different activities.

If you wish to renew your commercial license, you must submit a DED-registered certificate together with the relevant paperwork from the National Media Company and Ministry of the Economy. A valid Ejari certificate and other leasing contracts must be submitted if you wish to renew the trading license.

For businesses founded in free zones and on the mainland, a physical presence is required. An offshore business cannot rent office space in the UAE, nevertheless.

The good news is that everyone can find an affordable office space. Consider hiring an office or any number of dedicated workstations in a co-working environment on the mainland if you want to keep your startup costs low. They are all completely equipped and prepared for habitation. You must lease at least a desk in a coworking space in a free zone. The additional benefit is that certain free zones permit you to hire a flexi-desk, or a workstation that you will use for, say, ten hours each week. You still get your dedicated PO Box so that you have a unique address.
